A young hoon, weaves in and out of traffic, driving while talking on a mobile phone. As he slows down for the traffic, he makes an obscene hand gesture to the female passengers inside the next car. One of the females happen to be Queensland's Acting Police Commissioner, Kathy Rynders."He was later charged with a number of offences, including careless driving and driving while talking on a mobile. He will appear in Brisbane Magistrate’s Court on February 1." (Source)
COMMENT: This story gives many drivers some form of satisfaction, because they witness many young drivers driving irresponsibly and aggressively on the roads.
