Answers to frequently-asked questions about subscribing

What do I need to do to subscribe?
  1. You first need to log on to our website. If you do not have an account with us, you can create an account. 
  2. You fill out the Webform on this page. If you do not see the webform, it's because you have not logged on yet. 
What is the process involved when I subscribe?

The webform will guide you through the process, but here is an outline of the process:

  1. We show you the current subscription rates and quick calculations of subscriptions depending on how many months you would like to subscribe for. 
  2. You choose which cryptocurrency you would like to use for payment.
  3. We provide you with instructions on how to make your payment.
  4. You provide the "receipt" of your payment, by providing us with the "transaction hash" that we can use to verify that the payment has been confirmed. 
  5. Once confirmed, we enable your subscription so that we can start sending you email alerts of our trading signals. 
  6. We send you an email to confirm the starting and ending date of your subscription. 
Does it cost anything to subscribe?

Yes. Our current monthly subscription rates (as of 7th June 2021) are as follows:

  • Bitcoin (BTC) - 0.0008773726
  • Ethereum (ETH) - 0.0133570792520036
  • Bitcoin SV (BSV) - 0.1863354037267081

These are subject to change. The webform itself will show the latest rates. 

Can I pay in normal currencies like in dollars and euros?

No. Traditional payment methods are just too costly, too complex, and too limiting. 

In what circumstances can I get a refund?

Refunds are made only under the following circumstances:

  • The transaction proof (hash) is verifiable in at least 2 independent blockchain explorers for the appropriate blockchain listed in coinmarketcap.com, and 
  • The subscription was for a period that has not started yet, and
  • The transaction fee we incur refunding is taken out from the amount we are refunding.

Refunds are not made for:

  • For technical difficulties not receiving the emails, so please check that you are able to receive emails from our servers. Check your spam settings.
  • For payments made to the wrong wallet. Please make sure to pay to the correct wallet specified by the current Webform. Our wallets change regularly for security and privacy reasons.  
  • Trading losses, see below.
Can I get a refund if your trading calls cost me a loss?

No. Trading can result in losses. There are no guarantees in trading. These trading calls may sometimes be correct, they could sometimes be wrong. They could ultimately fail. So we do not recommend anyone to follow these trades. Our trade calls are for your information only. It is not a recommendation for you to buy or sell anything. 

Further, the trading signals themselves are free. The subscription is only for the service of emailing you an alert when we post a new trading signal.

How do I contact you if I have issues or questions about my subscription?
